Using this site

MyWeddingSeats provides a free wedding seating chart planner for personal, informational use. No account or sign-up is required, and there is no charge to use any page on this site.

Your data is yours, and it's local

Your guest list and seating plan are saved only in your own browser's local storage. We have no copy of it, cannot recover it if you clear your browser data or switch devices, and are not responsible for data loss from browser settings, extensions, storage limits, or anything else outside this site's control. Use the print button to keep an independent copy of anything you don't want to risk losing.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The etiquette guidance on this site describes common conventions, not rules you must follow, and isn't professional event-planning advice. Use of any tool or content on this site is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyWeddingSeats and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or its content, including any seating plan data lost from your browser.
